Empowerment Coaching

Service Description

An Empowerment Coaching session is not about being told what to do — it's about coming home to what you already sense is true. In our 30 minutes together, I hold space and tune in to your field — the living, breathing resonance of where you are right now. What surfaces may come through conversation, stillness, intuitive impressions, metaphor, or oracle cards. I don't follow a script, because you're not a formula. My role is part guide, part mirror. I'm not here to hand you answers from the outside — I'm here to reflect back what's already moving in you, so you can hear it more clearly. People often leave with a shift in perspective, a sense of emotional release, or unexpected clarity on something they've been sitting with. Sometimes all three. No two sessions are the same, because no two people arrive at the same place. This is available both in person and virtually. This isn't therapy, diagnosis, or prediction. It's resonance. Reflection. A moment of genuine attunement. The empowerment that comes from being truly met. All that's required is that you're already listening to yourself. We'll go deeper from there.
